Usain Bolt beats Justin Gatlin to win world 100m title at the World Athletics Championships in Beijing


Usain Bolt  produced perhaps his greatest performance and won the world gold medal in 9.79 seconds edging Justin Gatlin, the fastest man in the world this year, into silver medal position one hundredth of a second behind in the Bird's Nest stadium in Beijing 2015 the Jamaican superstar athlete came past a faltering Gatlin at the death to snatch victory by one hundredth of a second.

The bronze medal was shared between youngsters Andre De Grasse and Trayvon Bromell who finished with an identical time of 9.92 seconds.
